I’m always on the lookout for new and creative ways to use fabric. I’m not much of a seamstress, so anything that doesn’t require a needle and thread definitely gets my attention. When I came across this DESIGNLOVEFEST blog post, I had to do a double take. Actually, make that a triple take. Blogger Bri Emery, inspired by decorative skateboard decks used as wall art in a little boy’s bedroom, decided to make her own skateboard using Marimekko fabric. How cool is that?
