I don’t know what it is, but once the temperatures rise, I crave a crisp and refreshing salad. For me, spring not only means putting away the heavy wool sweaters, it also means avoiding the heavy, satisfying comfort foods (plus swimsuit season is around the corner). I started looking around the web for a new salad to try and decided to check out my husband’s relative’s new blog called Fork in the Kitchen. And lo and behold Becca has a recipe for a celery apple salad, complete with homemade dressing. I cannot wait to make this salad and if you’re interested in making it as well, see the recipe here.
