Modern Tablescapes: Vote For Your Favorite

Author ChadLatest UpdateJul 21, 20230463

Just yesterday, we had an exciting design competition in our AlwaysMod store to celebrate the grand opening. We pitted three people against each other, gave each of them the same place settings, and then set the timer for 30 minutes. David Anger, professional photo stylist; Tia Keobounpheng, modern jewelry designer; and Jaana Nystrom, interior design enthusiast scrambled around the store to maximize the limited time they had to produce their tablescapes.

David Anger opts for the Marimekko Tiiliskivi fabric.
Tia Keobounpheng creatively uses the Tonfisk Reuna trays.
Jaana Nystrom adds fresh tulips to her tablescape.

The results? Stunning. Each competitor created a masterpiece that will definitely inspire you. See below for the finished tables and let us know which one is your favorite!

David Anger creates a tablescape with a black, white and yellow palette.
Tia Keobounpheng creates an eclectic tablescape using a variety of patterns and textures.
Jaana Nystrom creates a tablescape that’s fit for Spring.

So, which one is your favorite? David’s, Tia’s or Jaana’s? Let us know by commenting below. A huge thank you to all of our competitors for participating and to all the shoppers who came out to see our new store.
